Why Register
Registering as a parishioner is easy! It is important and it becomes especially important when a family member wants to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation and Marriage. If you want to be a sponsor for Baptism or Confirmation parish registration is required to receive a certificate of eligibility and a letter of good standing from us. We look forward to having you become part of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church family.
How To Register
To register, stop by the parish office Monday – Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm or 1:00pm – 4:45pm or print off the Registration Form below; fill it out and return it to the parish office or email it to churchoffice@holyrosarymemphis.org

PARENTS: If you have children living at home who are 18 years old or older, they need to register in the parish on their own. If you have adult children who are no longer living in your household, please notify the Parish Office at 901-767-6949 or email churchoffice@holyrosarymemphis.org
